PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours fir tracking updates to appear.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout
Pompis Activewear is not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect addresses
- Lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information
- Packages marked as delivered by carrier
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Pompis Activewear is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
DELAYED SHIPMENTS
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occur due to:

- Carrier delays

- Customs processing
- High order volume

SPLIT SHIPMENTS
In some cases, orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability or warehouse processing.
